Warranty & Return policy
RMT Clubs, RMT Ropes, and ProPulse Speed Trainers purchased from WeckMethod.eu or are covered against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty applies to purchases in Europe and covers the original purchaser only. Contact WeckMethod.eu at firstname.lastname@example.org for request warranty service. A proof of purchase with an order number is required and a photo/video for any request to be considered.
BOSU Elites purchased from WeckMethod.eu are covered against manufacturing defects for 2-years from the date of purchase date. The warranty applies to purchases in Europe and covers the original purchaser only. A proof of purchase with an order number is required and a photo/video for any request to be considered.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, and a proof of purchase is required. Items must be unused and in original packaging. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase date; unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Contact WeckMethod.eu directly at email@example.com with an order number to request a return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
